Returns & Exchanges

At Salsa Cycles, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if for any reason you are not, we accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that all returned items must be in their original packaging and include all manuals and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused item in its original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
